Who runs this site, and how to reach us.

Version 1 Last updated

Who runs this site, how to reach a person, and how an agreement with us is actually concluded. Everything on this page is a fact or a clearly marked gap — the bracketed fields are details of the business that are not published yet, and they are filled in before the alpha opens rather than guessed at now.

1. The operator

Trading name Azakhan Studios
Legal name [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]
Registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS]
Register and number [TRADE REGISTRY AND NUMBER]
Tax number [TAX NUMBER]
Responsible for the content of this site [RESPONSIBLE PERSON]
General contact [email protected]
Player support [email protected] — answered within two working days
Data protection [PRIVACY CONTACT ADDRESS]

maegenonline.com, the Maegen Online account system and the Maegen Online game client are operated by Azakhan Studios. We are not a member of any professional chamber and no professional conduct rules apply to what we do.

There is no telephone number on this page because there is no telephone support. Both addresses above reach a person, and the support address has a stated answer time we hold ourselves to.

2. Data protection

The data controller for the website, the account system and the game is Azakhan Studios, at the address above.

  • Requests about your data: [PRIVACY CONTACT ADDRESS]. What we collect and what you can demand of us is in the Privacy Notice.
  • Contact person for data protection: [DATA CONTACT PERSON].
  • Representative in the European Union under Article 27 of the GDPR: [EU REPRESENTATIVE].
  • Data controllers’ registry (VERBİS) entry: [VERBIS REGISTRATION].

3. How an agreement with us is concluded

We are required to tell you this before a contract is concluded by electronic means, and it is worth knowing anyway. The duty is Article 3 of Law No. 6563; the answers are ours.

The steps. You open the registration page, choose an account name, give an e-mail address, set a password, tick the boxes that say you accept the Terms of Use, that you have read the Privacy Notice, and that you are 18 or older, pass the anti-bot check, and submit. We then e-mail a verification link to the address you gave. The agreement is concluded when you follow that link. If you never do, the registration is deleted after three days and nothing remains.

Correcting a mistake before you commit. Every field is shown back to you on the form and can be changed before you submit; the password is asked for twice so a typo cannot lock you out. If you mistype your e-mail address, the verification link never arrives, the registration disappears after three days, and you can simply register again — or write to support and we will sort it.

Whether the text is kept, and whether you can read it later. Yes, to both, and this is the part that usually is not true elsewhere. We record which version of the Terms of Use and of the Privacy Notice you accepted, and when. Every version stays published on this site; when a document changes, the old text is not deleted. So the text you agreed to can always be read again, by you and by us. These pages are ordinary web pages: you can save or print them at any time, and we recommend keeping a copy of the version you accepted.

Privacy rules and complaints. The Privacy Notice is the privacy rule that applies. We are not committed to any alternative dispute-resolution body; if that ever changes, this page will name it and give its address. Consumers covered by Law No. 6502 can go to a Tüketici Hakem Heyeti or, above the yearly threshold, to the Tüketici Mahkemesi — the routes and the current figure are in section 8 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Consumers in the EU and EEA can sue in the courts of the country where they live.

4. Where this runs

  • The website you are reading is a set of static files served by [SITE HOST].
  • The account system and the game servers run on Google Cloud infrastructure in a European Union region.
  • E-mail to players is sent through Google Workspace, from [email protected].
  • The anti-bot check on the registration form is Cloudflare Turnstile.

The Privacy Notice says what each of them handles and on what footing.

5. Two things that are deliberately absent

  • No point of contact under the Digital Services Act, and no EU legal representative under it. Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 applies to intermediary services — services that transmit, cache or host information provided by their users. This website does neither: it hosts no user-generated content, has no forum and no comments, and stores nothing on anyone’s behalf. Publishing a contact point we do not owe would misstate what we are. This is revisited before the game ships anything players write to each other.
  • No ETBİS registration number. That registry covers providers whose site lets a sales contract be concluded or an order be placed. Nothing here can be ordered or bought. The day a store opens, that changes: registration is due before the activity starts, and this page will then also carry the trade registry (MERSİS) number and a registered electronic mail (KEP) address under the heading the regulation requires.

6. Credits and licences

The hero clip on this site is licensed stock footage, re-graded; the fonts and the brand glyphs are licensed separately. Each licence, and what was changed about the video, is recorded in the project’s licence file, which is kept with the site’s source rather than published here.

Press and media: the press kit and a contact address are on the Media page.

External links on this site — to official legal texts and to our own channels — point at pages we do not control. We check them when we publish and we are glad to be told when one rots: [email protected].

7. Something wrong on this page?

If a detail here is out of date or wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it and bump the version below. A legal notice that is quietly stale is worse than one that admits a gap.

Version 1 — 13 September 2026. Published in English and Turkish. The bracketed fields are listed, with what each one needs, in the project’s open-fields note alongside these documents; none of them is invented here.
