Short, public, and the same for everyone. Penalties have tiers and can be appealed.

Accounts
One person, one account per server; sharing or selling accounts ends the account.
Fair play
Third-party programs, macros that play for you, exploits and duplication attempts end the account. We publish ban waves.
Names
No impersonation of the team, no slurs, no names meant to deceive. Names are changed by the team without notice.
Chat and conduct
Harassment, threats and hate speech are penalised in tiers; the first tier is a mute, the last is the account.
Trading
Real-money trading of items, gold or accounts ends the account. Scams inside the game are penalised when reported with evidence.
Appeals
Every penalty can be appealed once from the Help page; a different person reviews it and answers within seven days.
