Questions people ask
Is the game free to play?
Yes. Creating an account and playing is free. What is sold, and what is not, is published before the alpha.
Do I need one account per server?
No. One account works on every server. You verify your e-mail once.
When does the alpha start?
Dates are announced in News first, then on Discord. Registering now does not guarantee a place in every alpha wave; it does put you on the list.
Which platforms?
Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit, through the launcher. No console or phone client is planned for the alpha.
I registered but did not get the verification e-mail.
Check the spam folder first; the sender is [email protected]. Links expire after 24 hours; you can request a new one from the sign-in page.
Which languages does the game support?
The game client is in English. The website is available in several languages; the switch is in the top bar.
How do I report a player or a bug?
From the Help page. Reports about players are read by a person; bug reports go to the team with your client log.
